Our library has a new publication titled "Cycling Infrastructure. Design Principles & Practices".
Alexander Vasilyukha is an urbanist and graduate of the program ARCHITECTS.RF, and he notes that it is vital for the community of cycling culture development that many Tyumen citizens read the book.
"Tyumen has excellent cycling potential: flat terrain, wide streets, high demand. The city can and should become more bike-friendly so that the bicycle is the same means of transportation as a bus or car".

The urbanist is sure that the book will сreatе a request from Tyumen citizens for bicycle infrastructure and tell how to implement it.
