Since September 15, our Library holds a special project of the 6th Ural Industrial Biennial of Contemporary Art «Creating New Layer».
During the pandemic, the boundaries between the real and the digital world have blurred so much that urban space has begun to seem as unreal as a laptop or phone screen.
Visit our Library and take a look at the works of young artists from Moscow and Tyumen.
When? Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
