The collection was formed during 30 years in numerous expeditions to different districts of the Tyumen Region.
All collected archaeological artefacts reflect human history from the Stone Age to the Middle Ages, while the ethnographic objects tell us about the lifestyle of the ethnic Russians in the Trans-Ural Region (Zauralye).
